Brent Engstrom represents sellers and investors across the luxury residential market in Orange County. His approach is defined by pricing discipline, market positioning expertise, and negotiation strength built from firsthand development experience.

Unlike traditional agents, Brent actively acquires, designs, builds, and sells luxury homes himself. Understanding construction cost, finish calibration, buyer psychology, and resale dynamics from both sides of the transaction allows for sharper strategy and stronger outcomes for his clients.

Haley leads operational strategy and advisory engagements at Engstrom Group, bringing institutional discipline to luxury real estate execution.

Her background includes technology consulting at KPMG and leadership roles at PwC, where she managed complex, multi-million-dollar programs across large organizations. Most recently, she served in a C-suite capacity within the federal construction sector, leading an enterprise-wide operational overhaul to streamline processes, improve governance, and strengthen execution discipline.
